beth attended cimarron-memorial high school in las vegas where she was student body president, voted "most admired senior", senior prom queen, a member of the photography club and graduated with honors.

beth is still interested in photography, and along with acting professional she is also a professional photographer.

she started acting in 2000, when she landed a role in the summer of my deflowering, and afterwards doing a couple small roles in spin city, undressed, and how i met your mother, before guest starring on two episodes of my name is earl and an episode of without a trace.

beth has also done some short films, some of which include jason lee's short film and more recently struck.

beth landed the role of parker on TNT's new series leverage in 2008, which is her first role as a series regular on a television show.

between the years of 2001-2007, beth dated/was previously engaged to actor jason lee. on September 28, 2003 they had a son; Pilot Inspektor Riesgraf-Lee. he is her only child.
